⚓ Meet the Crew
We’re Lucas, Mattia, and Seppi — a small family, living simply and sharing our love for the sea, good food, and good company.
👨🍳 Lucas, our Italian-Brazilian chef, has been cooking since he was 16. He’s traveled the world exploring flavors, taught thousands through his Cooking with Lucas classes, and even written two cookbooks. These days, he’s happiest cooking barefoot. He loves good food, good company, long lunches, local ingredients and cooking far more than anyone actually needs to eat. His style is generous, relaxed and a little bit Mediterranean — because nobody should come sailing with us and leave hungry.
When he’s not cooking, you’ll probably find him at the helm, swimming naked, hiking, looking for the next anchorage, organizing something, responding an email or telling everyone that “we should probably sail a little further.”
💆♂️ Mattia, Mattia is our Italian massage therapist, sailor, and the man who somehow makes everything work.
Professionally trained in shiatsu, Swedish massage and Ayurveda, he has a calm, grounding energy that makes life onboard feel a little bit like floating therapy. He speaks Italian, English and Portuguese — and after a long day in the sun, there’s nothing quite like one of his massages.
But while Lucas is usually busy making dinner, Mattia is the one making sure the whole boat is ready for it.
He’s the organiser, the fixer and the person constantly checking that everything is working as it should. He plans the routes, searches for beautiful anchorages, keeps an eye on the weather and somehow always knows where we should go next.
He works hard behind the scenes to make life onboard feel effortless — because a relaxed holiday doesn’t happen by itself.
And when everything is finally sorted? He’ll be the one jumping into the water, enjoying a cold drink and pretending he wasn’t working five minutes ago.
🐾 And then there’s Seppi, our black poodle and tiny captain. Once a rescue, now a fearless mouse hunter and loyal friend. He may bark a bit at first — but give him a couple of days, and he’ll be guarding your heart as much as the boat.
Our story began in 2018, when we left our comfortable home in Vicenza, sold nearly everything, learned to sail, and set off from Venice. That first little boat carried us through Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, and Greece — where we fell in love with life at sea. A few boats (and many islands) later, we’ve found the one that finally feels like home.
Today, we sail mostly through Greece, sharing our adventure with guests who, like us, believe that life is about simple joys, meaningful connections, and freedom.
We avoid crowds and touristy marinas, preferring to anchor in quiet bays, cook fresh meals, swim in clear water, and share long evenings filled with laughter, good wine, and stories beneath the stars.
Our boat is our home — and when you step aboard, you’re not just joining a trip, but a way of life.
We also dream big: during the European winter, we’re starting to charter in warmer places like the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands, and Thailand.
As we always say: life is sharing. Boats aren’t simple (or cheap!) to maintain, but with each guest, our journey gains purpose — and maybe a few more friends from around the world.
